Pet policy

At Villa Coco Bay, we are pleased to welcome our guests with their faithful four-legged companions.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all, we have established the following standards for the accommodation with pets.

Can I bring my pet?

Allows access to 1 pet dog per reservation, with a maximum weight of 10 kg is Not supported by other types of pets in the villa.
Exception:
- Guide dogs that assist people with visual disability are exempt from the limit of weight. In this case, it is necessary to notify in advance and send by e-mail the documentation confirming the status of a guide dog. Please, contact with our team to coordinate details and to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

How many pets can I bring?

Access is permitted only to 1 dog less than 10 kg per booking. Guide dogs are exempt from this weight limit, but must be notified beforehand.

Can I bring my cat?

Are there rules for pets?

The pet must behave appropriately during the whole stay.
Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the guest.
The pet must be under supervision at all times.
The pet should not stay alone within the villa.
It is not permissible for the pet access to the swimming pool.
The pet must not disturb other guests or neighbours.
If your pet causes a nuisance to other guests or neighbors, such as excessive barking, we reserve the right to request that the pet be removed from the property.

What my pet you can use all the facilities?

In the interior of the villa: Your pet can be in all indoor areas, always under the supervision of one of the guests.
On the outside of the villa:
Your pet will be able to enjoy all of the gardens and common areas of the villa, always under the supervision of one of the guests. In any case, your pet will be able to access the interior of the pool

How can I leave you alone to my pet?

Inside the villa: No, your pet can not stay alone in the interior of the villa. Must be under supervision at all times when inside the villa.
On the terrace of the villa: Yes, your pet can stay alone in the area of the terrace, provided it is not for a period exceeding 8 hours.
Make sure that the doors of the gates leading to the pool and the rooftop are closed, thus limiting the access of your pet only to the area of the terrace and the garden side of the villa.
Note: According to the Animal Welfare act, Law 7/2023, march 28, for the protection of the rights and welfare of the animals, not allowed to leave a dog alone at home for more than 24 hours.

Does the villa is safe for my pet?

For the protection of your pet, Villa Coco Bay is equipped with doors of to cancel in key areas:
Pool area: A gate of gate separates the pool area from the terrace, ensuring that your pet does not go accidentally to the pool area.
Access to the Roof: The second area and solarium on the roof also has a door to cancel, limiting access for the safety of your pet.

What is the policy in the event of damage caused by my pet?

Any damage caused by your pet in the villa will be your responsibility.
Additional charges may apply if a pet is generated by excessive dirt or foul smell, which requires extra cleaning.
