Check-in
Our procedures for check-in are designed to offer an experience comfortable and hassle-free, allowing you to enjoy your stay from the first moment. We hope you have a wonderful stay at Villa Coco Bay!
To perform the check-in and in compliance with the european regulations, national and local, all guests must be identified and registered in the corresponding system of the National Police of Spain. It is necessary for each guest to provide your personal information.
Below, we will explain to you how to proceed:
Sign in to your booking:
- You can access your booking via the web service enabled for Chekin. Use the following link to find your reservation, by entering the reference of the same or the scheduled date of check-in, and your e-mail.
Complete the registration:
- Follow the prompts on the website to complete the registration. You are asked to enter some personal data and of your companions, as required by local law. It is mandatory that all guests, including children, are registered.
- Make sure to have the identity documents (ID or passport) of all the guests.
- Registration must be completed prior to the arrival date to avoid any delays in the process of check-in.
Verification and signature:
- Once the information is entered, the system will ask you to verify the information provided and to sign digitally the agreement of terms and conditions of your stay.
- This signature is a requirement necessary to formalize your stay.
Reception of the digital key, or instructions for access:
- After completing the registration process, 24 hours before the date of arrival, you will receive a access code or a digital key in the application to be able to access the villa.
- The code or the digital key will be active from the time of check-in set, we recommend you do not attempt to login prior to the official opening hours
- Check-in time: from 12:00.
- If you have any problem with the digital key or code, please contact us immediately.
Entrance to the villa:
- Use the codes or keys are digital that you will get to access to Villa Coco Bay.
