We remind you that the check out time is 12:00 noon. If you need to delay your check-out, please ask in advance, as this service is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
To ensure a check-out process quick and easy, please, at the end of your stay, follow these instructions.
Property and Equipment:
Clothing of the Villa:
- Leave all the bath towels in the shower corresponding.
- Place all used towels in the shower and bath located in the area of the pool.
- Let all the bedding on their respective beds.
Before you leave, make sure:
- Turn off all the lights, air-conditioning or heating.
- Close all the windows and doors.
- Check the property to make sure you don't forget any personal object.
Trash and recycling: Please deposit your trash in the appropriate containers located outside of the property.
Incident report: If you have experienced a problem during your stay, please inform us before your departure so that we can resolve it in an efficient way. Please send us the photos of the incident by e-mail, indicating in the subject the word “incidence”.
Information on the return of the keys and remote control of the garage:
Return of Keys and Devices: Prior to your departure, we ask that you leave all keys and devices (such as the remote control of the garage) in the same safety deposit boxes where they were picked up:
For the return of the keys of the interior of the villa:
- Must be deposited in the same box of safety from where they were picked up, located next to the main gate of the villa, white color. Use the code has been sent to you to be able to open this box up and deposit the keys.
- Keep in mind that the safe has on its front a rubber cap that protects the dial codes must be removed before entering the code. To close the safe deposit box, enter the following code: “0000”, and replace the cap on the dial.
For the return of the keys of the exterior of the villa and the control of the garage:
- Must be deposited in the same box of safety from where they were picked up, located next to the exterior door of the villa, which is black. Use the code has been sent to you to be able to open this box up and deposit the keys and the remote control of the garage.
