Access to housing
Here's how to access Villa Coco Bay:
From the exterior access:
The access code will arrive 24 hours before the day of entry. If you have not received it, please contact us here.
For access from the outside of Villa Coco Bay through the electronic lock of the street door, type in the code you have received. This code will be valid during your whole stay, starting between 12:00 and 14:00 on the day of your arrival, and expiring at 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. In the event that either the keyboard or the code is not operating or you have any issue, you will be able to open the outer door with the key that is located on the inside of the safe deposit box located to the right of this door, using your code has been sent to you to be able to open it.
Keep in mind that the safe has on its front a rubber cap that protects the dial codes; you must remove it to be able to enter the code. To close the safe deposit box, enter the following code: “0000”, and replace the cap on the dial.
If you need to extend this time frame, please, ask in advance through our form contact, as they may be subject to a surcharge.
Once you have collected the key in the safe box outside, use the key to access from the outside to the villa. In this same box of safety outside you will also find the remote control of the garage.
From the interior access:
To open the inner gate of the villa, you enter the code has been sent to you that will allow you to open up the second safety deposit box, located to the right of the main gate of the interior of the villa (color white), where you will find the rest of the keys of the villa.

Once you have collected the keys in the key box internal security, use these keys to access the interior and the rest of the rooms of the villa.
Summary of the Steps to follow:
